Dave & Buster's in Daly City, CA is hiring Gaming Support Techs to repair and maintain games, simulators and tech gear while delivering a top-tier guest experience.

You will assist guests, stock ticketing areas, and work varied shifts including nights and weekends. A friendly attitude and basic technical skills are valued; age 18+ required. We offer flexible schedules and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Friendly and able to smile while working with Guests.
• Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain amusements equipment in a timely manner.
• Assist Guests by repairing and maintaining games and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games, securing storage areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Midway games and storage areas.
• Assist other Team Members as needed and keep Managers informed of issues.
• Provide excellent guest service and promote sales through displays.
