Job summary

Rally House in Baton Rouge, LA, is seeking a Campus Head Coach to lead the campus store’s performance, culture, and profitability. You will develop a strong team, set standards, and drive exceptional service that makes fans feel at home.

You will spearhead campus engagement, student group partnerships, and on-campus events, while collaborating with marketing and buyer teams to tailor local campaigns and merchandise to the market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail.
• 2+ years of store management and leadership experience.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week with open availability including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and featured local sports events.
• Deep understanding of store operations, service standards, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Engage campus audiences and grow brand presence.
• Build relationships with student groups, university departments, and athletics.
• Plan and coordinate in-store and on-campus events to boost engagement.
• Develop local partnerships for cross-promotional opportunities.
• Provide feedback to buying team to refine product selection and campaigns.
• Partner with marketing on campus-focused campaigns.
• Lead performance management, accountability, and recognition.
