Job summary

Fanatics New Orleans is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead the front-line part-time team across store operations, coaching, and game-day execution. This full-time role includes Manager on Duty responsibilities and requires availability days, nights, weekends, and event hours.

You will leverage data, POS systems, and fan-focused service to drive sales and deliver an exceptional fan experience. Build a high-energy team, train Retail Associates, and ensure product availability and store standards

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of experience in retail or sales, with leadership experience preferred.
Ability to coach and develop front-line team members.
Proficiency in retail operation systems including POS, OpSuite, My Playbook, Service Now, and OKTA (or ability to learn).
Strong interpersonal skills and capacity to lead a part-time team with confidence.

Responsibilities

Lead front-line retail team across daily operations and game-day execution.
Provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to Retail Associates and Retail Leads.
Ensure exceptional fan experience and seamless shopping during events.
Maintain store standards, stockroom organization, and back-of-house readiness.
