Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales.
• Visual inspection and fine motor skills to safely perform hardware repairs.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Deepen knowledge of Apple products and repair processes to support high-quality repairs.
• Support customers with care and educate them about repairs and Apple services.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for select Apple hardware and software.
• Provide excellent service by understanding customer needs and offering product and service recommendations.
• Collaborate with team leads to identify recurring repair problems and share feedback with Apple.
