Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and support general ledger activities.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with accounts payable automation and reporting.
• Support audits and process improvements with the accounting team.
• Use Excel to validate and summarize information using formulas and VLOOKUP.
• Follow GAAP and SOX controls in all processes.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with HR/payroll and other departments as needed.
