Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in management within retail settings preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and deposit controls.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Recruits, selects, and retains qualified employees to ensure proper staffing.
• Provides training and conducts performance evaluations; counsels or terminates as needed.
• Manages store operations including opening/closing, inventory, pricing, and signage.
• Monitors sales, profitability, and stock levels to meet targets.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, security, and safety procedures.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment.
• Completes paperwork and documentation on time.
