You will drive sales through effective merchandising, inventory control, and customer service while maintaining financial integrity and compliance with company standards. The role requires hands-on leadership and readiness to work flexible hours.

Qualificações

• Must be able to read and interpret store policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, select, and retain qualified employees; ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training; conduct performance evaluations; address gaps.

• Open/close store as required; maintain daily operations.
• Analyze sales, expenses, and inventory trends to improve results.
• Oversee stock levels; manage ordering, BSR, and cycle counts.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and pricing.
