Qualifications

• Reads and interprets safety rules, manuals and diagrams.
• Performs basic math for reports, pricing and analytics.
• Understands cash handling and deposits control procedures.
• Manages cash register functions to generate reports.
• Knows inventory management and merchandising practices.
• Communicates effectively, both written and orally.
• Understands recruiting, interviewing and termination processes.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, selects, and retains employees per laws and policies.

• Communicates safety expectations and coordinates meetings.
• Maintains staffing: opens/closes store as required.
• Analyzes sales, profitability, shrink, and expenses.
• Oversees in-stock targets and ordering plans weekly.
• Ensures merchandise presentation and pricing accuracy.
• Maintains inventory levels and reduces damages and losses.
• Upholds cash controls and store security practices.
• Delivers superior customer service leadership.
• Keeps store clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Ensures proper tools and equipment availability.
• Follows SOPs and documents work by deadlines.
