• Supervises personnel to ensure compliance with Solairus, FAA and other regulations.
• Monitors appearance, dress code, and conduct to uphold high standards.
• Coordinates crew and maintenance training with the training contractor.
• Develops scheduling procedures with clients for reliable aircraft scheduling.
• Approves PTO and coordinates flight schedules with the flight coordinator.
• Reports and communicates changes to management and clients.
• Promotes customer goodwill and upholds Solairus' image.
• Participates in Safety Management System (SMS) initiatives.
• Prepares reports required by Operations Manuals.
