Job summary

Solairus Aviation is seeking a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) to lead a flight department at KVNY. The CAM will supervise personnel, coordinate training, and ensure compliance with FAA and Solairus manuals while promoting safety and service excellence.

Ideal candidates bring extensive flight time, PIC experience, and leadership capability, with NBAA CAM certification preferred. The role requires on-call availability and relocation within 2 hours of KVNY.

Qualifications

• Total flight time: 3000 hours minimum.
• PIC time: 1500 hours mandatory.
• MEL time: 1500 hours required.
• MEL PIC: 500 hours minimum.
• Turbo Jet time: 500 hours.
• Instrument time: 250 hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned personnel to ensure compliance with Solairus Aviation policies, FAA regulations, and manuals.
• Coordinates crew and maintenance training with the training contractor.
• Develops scheduling procedures with clients for reliable aircraft scheduling.
• Approves PTO and schedules for assigned personnel.
• Maintains training currency and flight time records for crewmembers.
• Promotes customer goodwill and professional demeanor; participates in SMS initiatives.
• Supports reporting to Client Responsible Officer and Operations Manuals.
