Job summary

Solairus Aviation seeks a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) to lead a flight department at KFXE. You will supervise personnel, coordinate training, and ensure adherence to FAA and Solairus policies, while maintaining exceptional customer service and professional conduct.

The role requires 3000+ total hours, PIC experience, and the ability to work on-call. The CAM will collaborate with clients on scheduling and ensure timely reporting and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Total time 3000 hours.
• PIC 1500 hours.
• MEL 1500 hours.
• MEL PIC 500 hours.
• Time in Turbo Jet 500 hours.
• Instrument Time 250 hours.
• First class medical required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned personnel to ensure compliance with Solairus, FAA and other Manuals.
• Coordinates crew and maintenance personnel training with the appropriate training contractor.
• Develops scheduling procedures with clients to promote reliable scheduling of aircraft.
• Updates flight coordinator on schedule changes and other matters.
• Promotes customer goodwill through high quality service and professional demeanor.
