Solairus Aviation is seeking a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager to lead a flight department at the KFXE airport. The CAM will supervise crew and maintenance personnel, ensure compliance with Solairus, FAA and client policies, and maintain training records to support safe, reliable operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, budget oversight, and coordination with clients to optimize scheduling and service quality while upholding the company’s culture of safety and integrity.

Qualifications

• Total flight time = 3000 hours.
• PIC = 1500 hours.
• MEL = 1500 hours.
• MEL PIC = 500 hours.
• Time in Turbo Jet = 500 hours.
• Instrument Time = 250 hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned personnel to ensure compliance with Solairus, FAA and other manuals and regulations.
• Coordinates, schedules and reviews training with the appropriate training contractor.
• Develops scheduling procedures with clients to promote reliable, efficient aircraft scheduling.
• Promotes customer goodwill through high quality service and professional demeanor.
