Job summary

Deutsche Bank’s FX Prime Brokerage product team seeks a Vice President to lead product strategy, client onboarding and risk management for Americas clients in a hybrid NYC office. You will collaborate with sales to define offerings, set terms, and manage relationships with major hedge funds, ensuring revenue targets and compliant operational standards.

You will oversee risk, pricing, and documentation while driving product enhancements and efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in FX Prime Brokerage and related products.
• Proven client-facing experience with major US hedge funds or similar clients.
• Solid understanding of FX markets and prime brokerage landscape.
• Ability to assess and manage risk across products and clients.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and decision making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to define product offerings for prospective clients and set commercial terms for new mandates.
• Oversee risk profile for FXPB business Americas and sign-off on commercial points in legal docs.
• Monitor revenue metrics and costs to ensure sustainable pricing and profitability.
• Provide operational risk oversight to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing ops.
• Drive implementation of platform enhancements to meet regulatory requirements and business needs.
• Review business requirement documents to ensure alignment with client and business expectations.
