Job Description: This job is a Federal Work Study, non-benefited position in the Student Affairs Division that reports to the Assistant Director of Disability Services at the Lawrenceville campus.

Federal Work-Study (FWS) is a federally funded program by the Department of Education. This program provides part-time jobs for undergraduate students with significant financial need and is administered by the FWS Coordinator, and the Office of Financial Aid, in accordance with the law, federal regulations, and with instructions from the United States Department of Education.

Hours: Days and Hours are flexible up to 19 hours per week.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be eligible for funds through the Federal Work Study Program for the current semester at Gwinnett Technical College and be in good academic standing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of office experience.
  • Must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours and be able to handle confidential information.
