Job summary

ATCO Rubber Products Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for a 3rd shift. You will lead 35-50 hourly employees, ensure safe operation, and drive productivity and quality across the line.

Responsibilities include scheduling, hiring support, coaching, and maintaining records while promoting a positive, safe work environment. Bilingual Spanish required; evenings/nights schedule applies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a production supervisory role.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality, production output, and machine efficiency.
• Meet or exceed production schedules and goals.
• Lead shift, motivate employees, and improve productivity.
• Manage hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions; maintain records.
• Ensure safety training and proper operation of equipment.
• Monitor scrap, downtime, and drive improvements.
