Job summary

ATCO Rubber Products Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Machine Operator to produce jacket or core parts at set standards of efficiency and quality. This on-site, full-time position offers stable shifts and opportunities to contribute to a high-speed manufacturing line.

You will set up and operate jacket/core machinery, monitor equipment, inspect output, document production and participate in training and safety programs. Must lift up to 45 lbs and be able to work overtime, including weekends.

• Operate/monitor equipment to ensure quality production
• Read and follow manuals and procedures

Responsibilities

• Set up, start, and operate Core and Jacket machinery per procedures
• Monitor production equipment for safe and efficient operation
• Inspect core and jacket for conformance to established standards
• Package finished materials in bundles, bags, boxes or pallets
• Document work and production information on bags
• Participate in training and continual improvement processes
• Follow safety and housekeeping rules
• Refer issues to supervisor for disposition
• Perform machine cleaning
• Other duties as assigned by supervisory/management
