Job summary

ATCO Rubber Products Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Lead to supervise a 35-50 person hourly workforce in Crawfordsville, Indiana. The role focuses on achieving production targets, enforcing safety, and ensuring equipment reliability on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM).

The ideal candidate will lead by example, coordinate with the Plant Manager and other supervisors, drive continuous improvement, and maintain accurate records while promoting a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a production team in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to meet production schedules and manage downtime.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
