Job summary

Diptyque Paris is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Los Angeles to lead the floor in the Store Manager's absence, drive exceptional client experiences, and collaborate across all store operations. The role prepares future Store Managers through hands-on leadership and strategic partnership with the Store Manager and team.

The ASM will set the tone on the floor, inspire colleagues, and nurture a welcoming, luxurious environment for clients and teammates, while aligning with brand standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and business acumen.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in delivering exceptional client service and luxury experiences.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members.
• Oversee daily operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and adherence to policies.
• Communicate brand updates, product launches, and market insights to the team.
• Protect confidential information and support safety procedures.
