CVS Health in the United States invites applications for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program. This development focus role is designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position and runs over 16 weeks with both virtual and hands-on learning experiences.

You will work with a district leader, HR partner, Store Manager coach, and Training Store Manager to build leadership capability and readiness for promotion, while meeting CVS standards and market needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication to lead a team.
• Strong customer care abilities for high service levels.
• Experience executing merchandising strategies to grow sales.
• Ability to manage store inventory and assets.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 16‑week, self-paced training to prepare for Store Manager role.
• Collaborate with the District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager and Store Manager coach.
• Lead and support store operations, following CVS values and policies.
• Engage with leadership to pursue promotions within the market.
