CVS Health is seeking candidates for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program, a development-focused role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The 16-week, self-paced training combines virtual and hands-on learning with guidance from a District Leader, HR partner, Training Store Manager, and a Store Manager coach.

As part of the program, you will develop leadership capabilities in communication, customer care, merchandising, and inventory management while working

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience considered in lieu of a college degree.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience preferred.
