CVS Health is seeking candidates for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) role in Bradford, PA. This development-focused program prepares you for a CVS Store Manager position through a self-paced, collaborative 16-week training sequence.

You will experience both virtual and hands-on learning, guided by support from a District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach as you progress toward leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience considered in lieu of degree
• Retail management experience or supervisory experience at CVS is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support your leader through structured learning experiences during the 16-week SMIT program
• Contribute as a store management team member and lead in alignment with CVS values and policies
