CVS Health is seeking candidates for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program, a development-focused path designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position over 16 weeks with virtual and hands-on learning experiences.

You will work with a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach to grow as a leader and be ready for promotion within the market.

Qualifications

• Willingness to promotion to Store Manager in designated market.
• Ability to transfer to CVS Pharmacy stores within the market.
• Flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Education requirements include high school diploma or GED and a four-year college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well verbally and in writing to support and lead the team.
• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
• Engage with leadership during the learning experiences to pursue promotion.
• Support the store as part of the management team and align with CVS values.
