Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; four-year college degree considered in lieu of degree.
• Retail management experience or experience as a CVS Supervisor is valued.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a self-paced, collaborative training over 16 weeks to prepare for Store Manager position.
• Lead and support a store team, aligning with CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues to support CVS' purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotional roles in the designated market as opportunities arise.
