CVS Health is building a world of health and offers the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program to develop you into a CVS Store Manager. The 16-week, self-paced training includes virtual and hands-on learning with support from District Leaders and Store Manager coaches.

The role emphasizes communication, customer care, merchandising execution, and store inventory management, with a trajectory toward store leadership and promotion opportunities across designated markets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• A four year college degree is preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.
• Retail management experience, or experience as a CVS Supervisor, is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences to support your path to promotion.
• Support your store as a management team member and lead in a manner consistent with CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues in support of the company’s purpose of “helping people on their path to better health.”
• Be willing to accept promotion roles with the market you work in.
