Selected candidates will participate in a structured program, receive a comprehensive benefits package, and work a full-time schedule with an anticipated 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a store leadership team member and support promotion pathways.
• Lead and support store operations to drive sales and customer service excellence.
• Assist in merchandising, inventory management, and asset control to maintain profitability.
