CVS Health in Mission Viejo is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The program blends self-paced and hands-on learning over 16 weeks, guided by a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and a Store Manager coach.

You will participate in virtual and on-site experiences to develop leadership capabilities and advance toward store management roles while adhering to CVS values and policies.

Qualifications
