Job summary

CrossAmerica Partners is hiring for a Store Manager in Training in New Jersey. The MIT will receive comprehensive training to oversee store operations, staff, inventory, and customer service, with the goal of progressing to a Store Manager role.

Requirements include prior management, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or GED. Travel to other stores may be required, and weekly pay with full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in retail operations, or customer service, is preferred. Previous supervisory or leadership experience is required.
• Valid State Driver's License Required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training to develop leadership, customer service, inventory management, and operational procedures.
• Assist in supervising staff, giving directions on store operations, preparation, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Learn to manage day-to-day store operations, including workflows, scheduling, product ordering, and quality control.
