Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising staff and guiding store operations, scheduling, and product quality control.
• Learn to manage day-to-day workflows, store operations, labor costs, and safety procedures.
• Maintain daily sales, inventory, and safety records; monitor costs, waste, and order volumes.
• Learn safety training, emergency procedures, and proper handling of materials.
• Identify operational improvements and work with senior management to implement them.
