CrossAmerica Partners is seeking a Store Manager in Training to develop leadership and operational skills for managing a convenience store. You will learn store workflows, inventory control, and customer service excellence while working alongside the Store Manager to gain hands-on experience.

The role emphasizes development in staff supervision, scheduling, safety, and cost awareness, with growth toward Store Manager responsibilities in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in retail operations or customer service; supervisory experience required.
• Valid State Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training program focusing on leadership, customer service, inventory management, and procedures.
• Supervise and guide staff; provide directions on store operations, preparation, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Learn to manage day-to-day store operations, including workflows, scheduling, product ordering, and quality control.
• Assist in inventory management: ordering, receiving, stock rotation, counts, and discrepancies reporting.
• Support customer service training and create a welcoming environment for customers.
