CrossAmerica Partners LP is seeking a Store Manager in Training to develop skills in overseeing a convenience store operation, including staff, inventory, and customer service. You will work closely with the Store Manager to gain hands-on experience and progress toward a Store Manager role.

This position emphasizes leadership, training, compliance with health codes, and the daily execution of store operations. Prior retail or supervisory experience and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training program focusing on leadership, customer service, inventory management, and procedures.
• Assist in supervising staff, directing store operations, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency.
• Learn to manage day-to-day store operations: workflows, scheduling, product ordering, and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with local/state health codes and food safety regulations; train staff on sanitation and safety.
• Assist in managing inventory levels, placing orders, receiving deliveries, and conducting stock counts.
• Schedule and supervise staff to maintain adequate staffing and control labor costs.
• Train new employees in safety procedures and store protocols; address issues professionally.
• Help maintain daily sales, inventory, and waste reports; track safety compliance.
