Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a customer focused environment; fashion industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive a customer focused store environment and deliver fashion knowledge to customers.
• Achieve and analyze sales goals; adjust plans to meet targets.
• Manage payroll hours and scheduling to support business needs.
• Ensure visual standards and merchandising align with brand.
• Develop and mentor store team; provide coaching and feedback.
