Job summary

Buckle in the United States is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to support the Store Leadership team. This role will perform sales, merchandising, and operational duties, working with the Store Manager to recruit and motivate Teammates and to lead the team in the Manager's absence.

The position offers a clear progression from AIT, with responsibilities expanding into higher-level duties as you advance. A flexible, retail-focused schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Role requires strong customer service and leadership abilities.
• Experience in retail or store operations is preferred.
• Able to train and motivate teammates.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service to drive sales.
• Lead by example in daily store operations and compliance.
• Recruit, train and develop teammates to meet store goals.
• Manage store operations including opening/closing, loss prevention, and merchandising.
• Travel and cover other stores within the District as needed.
