Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager in Training to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will support sales, merchandising, and store operations with a focus on leadership development and guest service excellence.

The role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager, involving coaching Teammates, leading store initiatives, and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction. This is a full‑time position requiring flexibility and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills expected.
• Experience in retail or service environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests to locate merchandise and provide product knowledge.
• Support Store Manager with leadership duties and training of Teammates.
• Perform sales generation tasks and ensure excellent guest service across the store.
