Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Fayetteville, NC seeks an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to develop sales, recruit teammates, and provide leadership. This role progresses from the AIT with higher level duties, including training, coaching, and managing the team in the Store Manager’s absence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus retail exposure is common.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and teach teammates.
• Strong customer service and sales skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with legendary service and assist in product selection.
• Lead Teammate training and development; recruit and coach new teammates.
• Oversee merchandising, planograms, and visual standards.
• Manage store operations, POS procedures, and loss prevention.
• Execute sales goals and provide leadership in Manager's absence.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on schedule and performance.
