Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Leader in Training to help supervise daily dispensary operations and optimize the customer journey. You will rotate through key functions to gain expertise and fast-track toward Assistant General Manager.

You will lead teams, ensure compliance, and drive exceptional in-store and drive-thru customer experiences while supporting promotions and initiatives. Growth opportunities are emphasized throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in customer service or retail with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred and inventory control experience preferred.
• Able to work varied shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends.
• Must pass background checks and have valid ID or driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations in compliance with security and state regulations.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
• Lead and develop team members, recognizing performance and guiding behavior.
• Ensure seamless omni-channel customer experiences across in-store and drive-thru.
• Handle payments, discounts, and cash with accuracy and integrity.
