Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Leader in Training to join the Henderson dispensary leadership team. You will supervise daily operations, communicate priorities to staff, and optimize the customer journey across channels.

As you rotate through key functions, you will gain subject matter expertise and accelerate toward an Assistant General Manager role, with a focus on people, operations, and experience.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred; inventory control experience preferred.
• Meet scheduling and availability requirements including mornings, days, nights, weekends.
• Must pass background checks and have valid ID or driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations, ensuring security, inventory accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver memorable customer experiences.
• Coordinate onboarding, scheduling, and training with store leadership.
• Support omni-channel customer experience across in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery.
• Assist in achieving loyalty and sales goals.
