Job summary

Greenthumbindustries is seeking a Leader in Training to join the dispensary leadership team. The role rotates through critical functions to develop expertise in operations, experience, and people, placing you on a fast track toward an Assistant General Manager position.

You will supervise daily operations, communicate priorities to staff, and optimize the customer journey while supporting compliance with security, inventory, and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in customer service or retail, with at least 1 year supervising others.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends.
• Must pass required background checks and have valid ID or driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure security, inventory accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management on stock actions.
• Lead and mentor team members to execute programs and in-store promotions.
• Ensure smooth omni-channel customer experiences across in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery.
• Handle cash accurately and supervise cash-handling procedures.
