Buckle in Florence, AL is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training/Assistant Manager to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. You’ll work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, manage operations, recruit and train teammates, and step in for the Store Manager when needed.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, product knowledge, and store standards, with progression from AIT to full Assistant Manager through performance and development.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent retail experience.
• Experience in retail leadership and team development preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example in guest service, sales and store presentation.
• Coach and develop Teammates; recruit and train new hires.
• Oversee daily operations, security, POS procedures and Loss Prevention.
