Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests in Greenville, SC. You will lead sales, provide legendary service, train teammates, and support daily operations under the Store Manager and Leadership Team.

This role advances from AIT to Assistant Manager with higher responsibilities in leadership, recruitment, and training, while maintaining guest satisfaction and store performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience.
• Experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales by example and provide legendary service to guests.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Share responsibility for training, coaching, and day-to-day operations.
• Oversee store performance, merchandising, and guest experience in the manager's absence.
• Support Store Manager with education focus, zone ownership, and leadership playbook.
• Assist withRecruitment of staff and communicating pay and Buckle benefits.
