Job summary

Buckle in Bristol, TN is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team on sales, merchandising, training, and day-to-day operations.

The role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with higher duties and leadership accountability, including recruiting teammates, motivating staff, and stepping in for the Store Manager when needed.
