Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Store Leadership professional for an on-site, full-time role in Midtown Village, Tuscaloosa, AL. The Assistant Manager in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager will lead sales, merchandising and operations, partner with the Store Manager and Leadership Team, recruit and mentor Teammates, and ensure top-level guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Retail experience and customer service skills preferred.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with a high level of customer service and showmanship.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Coordinate store operations and performance to achieve sales goals.
• Manage shifts, scheduling and daily tasks to maintain a shoppable store.
• Train Teammates in POS procedures, loss prevention and policy compliance.
• Support Store Manager and Leadership Team in executing marketing and merchandising plans.
