CVS Health in Cleveland, OH is recruiting for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program, a development path to become a CVS Store Manager. The 16‑week, self-paced training blends virtual and hands‑on learning, guided by your District Leader, HR partner, Training Store Manager and your Store Manager coach.

As an SMIT you’ll build leadership, merchandising and customer service skills while supporting your store team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong customer service focus and problem solving.
• Experience in merchandising and store presentation.
• Familiarity with retail store operations and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Assist leadership with day‑to‑day store operations and merchandising to drive sales.
• Collaborate with district leadership, HR, and store coach on development plans.
• Lead by example to support the company purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
