Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Michigan is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT), a development-focused program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role over 16 weeks with a mix of virtual and hands-on learning.

You will learn from a district leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager and a Store Manager coach, with a goal of advancing to store leadership. The position is full-time with a 45-hour week and a pay range of $18.50–$26.25 per hour, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Experience in customer care and leading a store team is preferred.
• Knowledge of merchandising and inventory controls is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the store team to deliver high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to drive store sales.
• Manage inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
• Collaborate with leaders to support promotion and development within the SMIT program.
