Job summary

CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop future CVS Store Managers. The 16-week, self-paced training blends virtual and hands-on experiences, guided by a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and a Store Manager coach.

You will develop leadership and merchandising skills, with hourly pay between $18.50 and $23.88 and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employment. Eligibility depends on geography and experience.

Qualifications

• We expect SMITs to engage with leaders and complete structured learning experiences.
• High school diploma or GED is required; a four-year degree is preferred for consideration.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience is advantageous.
