7-Eleven is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. This role focuses on supervising and developing staff while ensuring top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist the Restaurant Leader with training, coaching, and daily operations, maintaining safety standards and quality while driving store performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles preferred.
• Ability to use P&L and store reports to drive improvements.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills for a diverse team.
• Able to multi-task and manage physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and customer service.
