7-Eleven is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead store operations, coach staff, and ensure top‑notch customer service. You will oversee daily restaurant conditions, uphold health standards, and drive continuous improvements with the Restaurant Leader, leveraging your experience in supervision and training.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, operations excellence, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail restaurant environment.

Formación

• Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Restaurant Leader, for all restaurant employees.
• Ability to oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards.
• Strong focus on proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness of all products.
• Experience with reading and interpreting store reports and using them to drive change.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred Word, Excel).
• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with 1+ year of Restaurant Management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee service quality and staff performance, providing leadership and coaching.
• Ensure restaurant operations meet health and safety standards and company policies.
• Monitor inventory, food preparation, and presentation to maintain product freshness.
• Utilize P&L and store reports to identify and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with Restaurant Leader to train and develop team members.
