7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. You will work closely with the Restaurant Leader to supervise staff, ensure adherence to health standards, and maintain quality foodservice operations.

The role emphasizes training, coaching, and using P&L data to drive improvements while delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Restaurant Leader, for all restaurant employees.
• Ability to oversee the restaurant condition and ensure that it complies with company policies and procedures as well as Health Department Standards.
• Strength ensuring proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change.
