Job summary

Fitness Ventures (Crunch Fitness) in Fresno seeks a Personal Training Director in Training to learn and execute the full director role while personally servicing Personal Training clients. You will support the Director in leading the department, developing trainers, driving revenue and enrollment, and delivering an exceptional member experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Nationally accredited Personal Training certification is required.
• CPR and AED certification is required.
• ClubConnect education requirements must be completed as established by the Company.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute the full scope of the Personal Training Director role under the direction of the PTD.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Personal Trainers at the location.
• Lead team meetings and 1:1s, guiding toward company goals.
• Coach Personal Trainers on session delivery and service standards.
• Complete leadership development coursework and director-readiness requirements.
