Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fitness Ventures LLC in Long Beach is seeking a Personal Training Director in Training to learn and execute the full director role while continuing to personally serve PT clients. You will support development of trainers, drive revenue and enrollment, and foster an exceptional member experience at the assigned club location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current NASM or Crunch Fitness Certification (or approved equivalent).
• CPR and AED certification required.
• ClubConnect education requirements completed as established by the Company.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute full PT Director scope under supervision.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Personal Trainers at the location.
• Lead team meetings and 1:1 sessions, providing direction and motivation.
• Coach Trainers on session delivery, program design, client communication, and service standards.
• Complete leadership development coursework and Director-readiness within set timeframes.
• Model Core Values on the training floor at all times.
• Personally service qualifying Personal Training sessions and maintain active client base.
• Deliver professional, results-driven PT sessions per company standards.
• Conduct CrunchONE Kickoff sessions and convert to Fixed Recurring PT agreements.
• Maintain client retention, lifespan, and enrollment performance against targets.
• Support achievement of department revenue objectives and marketing initiatives.
• Drive retail and supplementation sales per company programs.
• Ensure proper documentation and monthly results reviews for clients.
• Use dashboards to re-engage at-risk clients.
• Record hours, sessions, and events accurately; maintain certifications.
