Fitness Ventures (Crunch Fitness) seeks a Personal Training Director in Training to develop leadership, coach trainers, and drive enrollment and revenue at the assigned club. You will balance personal client service with departmental performance while progressing toward the full Director role.

The role emphasizes applying company standards, completing development coursework, and modeling Core Values on the training floor to support member experience and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience delivering Personal Training or comparable coaching services preferred.
• Demonstrated success building and retaining a personal client base preferred.
• Interest in and commitment to advancing into a Personal Training Director role.

Responsabilités

• Learn and execute the full scope of the Personal Training Director role under the direction of the PTD.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Personal Trainers at the location.
• Conduct team meetings and 1:1 meetings, providing direction and guidance toward goals.
• Coach Personal Trainers on session delivery, program design, and company standards.
• Complete leadership development coursework and Director readiness requirements within set timeframes.
